Spinach, with its abundant vitamins and minerals, serves as a superb ingredient for a nutrient-packed smoothie. The inclusion of pineapple, lemon, and ginger adds sweetness, enhancing the overall flavor of the smoothie.

Preparation: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 30g spinach
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 60g frozen pineapple
  • 3 cl fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped ginger root
  • 20 cl water

Instructions:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. The smoothie can be enjoyed for up to 24 hours after preparation.
